ERVARING EN OPLEIDING
- Relevant university degree (MSc / MA / MBA);
- 3 – 6 years of relevant working experience in consulting, business development or finance;
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus;
- Affinity with retail business.
INHOUD POSITIE
The Business Development Manager takes a central role in strategic plan development, creating clarity on plan delivery and creating a consistent, analytical approach across the Group. He/she will report to the Head of Business Development (Berend van Wel), who reports to the CEO (George Adams) with a stray line to the CFO (Arjan Kaaks). The Business Development Manager will work closely with Board members and other senior management to make the strategy and transition plan work.
The Business Development Manager needs to create crisp and clear communication around strategy, maintain a program tracking system to flag and remedy issues timely, create common templates for analysis and perform data analysis.
1. Strategic plan development

3. Set up and manage a cross-group analytical agenda
4. Ensure consistency in approach across Business Development and the Group as a whole
5. Perform ad-hoc analysis
