Stationed in Dubai, I now have final responsibility for the sale of Philips Consumer products in the Middle East and Africa.'

Working Method

Career Openers conducts executive searches in the higher management segment. While our approach with regard to Young Executives is primarily candidate-driven, we often mediate for Senior Executives on the basis of a concrete search assignment. These candidates match the following profile:

  • Experienced managers with at least a university degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience.
  • Active at Management Team or Director level.

We are active in executive search in the disciplines of marketing, sales (especially FMCG, retail, durables), finance, human resources, strategy consulting/business development and supply chain/procurement. Additionally, we also regularly conduct searches for general management positions. Our acquisition policy is targeted at positions in the highest segment of the labour market.

We present candidates by means of a competence profile. This document is drawn up on the basis of a number of factors, such as an interview, the curriculum vitae, and includes a general description of the candidate in regard of the position. A description of the candidate's competencies and a salary indication are also included. Another service that we can provide at request is supplementary testing of the candidate, either before or after introduction to the client.

Two-thirds of our executive search fee is always on a ‘no cure, no pay' basis.
